3. How does the process work from start to finish?

Choose your package and make your first payment (pay in full or split the cost across 3-6 months).

Take your first at-home test with a medically trained nurse to draw your sample - we organise it for you, so you don't have to.

Receive your expert results breakdown — clear, personalised, and actionable.

Begin your tailored 6-month supplement plan, delivered every 2 months.

Take your second test later in the programme to track your progress.

4. How much does the total package cost?

The full 6-month health package costs £999. You can choose to pay in full upfront, or spread the cost across 3-6 monthly instalments.

All our tests are sourced from Medichecks, the UK’s leading provider of medical-grade at-home blood tests. Their labs are fully accredited and meet the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

6. How do I know which test is right for me?

We only offer two packages, Men and Women's Complete Profile, measuring over 50 biomarkers. Our 24/7 helpline is here to guide you. We can help breakdown how these tests can aid your goals and needs before you start.

7. Can I speak to someone before ordering a test?

8. How do I take the test at home?

As part of your health package, a medically trained professional will draw your blood at home. We organise this for you, so you don't have to. Each kit also comes with step-by-step instructions, and if you need support, our helpline is available anytime.

At-home testing & results

1. How long does it take to get my results?

You’ll usually receive your results within a few days of your sample reaching the lab.

2. Are the labs fully accredited?

All our tests are sourced from Medichecks, the UK’s leading provider of medical-grade at-home blood tests. Their labs are fully accredited and meet the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

3. Who explains my results?

Our experts provide a detailed, personalised breakdown of your results — no jargon, just clear insights you can act on.

4. Will I understand my results without medical knowledge?

Absolutely. Your results are broken down clearly.

You’ll learn:

5. What happens if my results show something serious?

If anything concerning is flagged, we’ll guide you on the next steps and recommend that you share your results with your GP.

Supplements & Subscription

1. How do you decide which supplements I need?

Every Full Health Package we offer includes the Supplement Subscription Box as standard.

The provides 7 core supplements— but it doesn’t include any of the personalised, tailored additions that may be recommended after a full health test.

Your tailored supplement plan is based on your test results, and provides recommended additional supplements, ensuring you get exactly what your body needs — nothing more, nothing less.

2. What makes your supplements different from store-bought ones?

Unlike off-the-shelf vitamins, we work with the highest-grade brands to ensure your supplements are personalised, high-quality, and tailored to your unique health profile.

3. Do I have to take them for 6 months?

Our subscriptions are designed for 6 months - you receive your first tailored supplement subscription after we receive your lab results - to give your body time to respond and show measurable improvements.

4. Can I adjust or stop my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or stop your package within 14-days of signing up. Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it. Cancellations after 14-days include an administration charge.

5. Are the supplements high quality and safe?

Absolutely. We source only high-quality supplements, formulated for safety and effectiveness.

Payments & Plans

1. How much does it cost?

Packages start from £999 for 6 months.

If you’re not ready for testing or tailoring just yet, you can subscribe to the Basics Box on its own for £350 or £58 per month — and still benefit from the building blocks of good health.

2. Are there any hidden fees?

No — everything is included in the price. Charges do apply for any additional supplements added to your basic monthly supplement subscription.

3. What happens after 6 months?

At the end of your plan, you’ll have the option to continue with a new package, at a discounted cost, or adjust your supplements based on your latest results.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

You’re in control. If your circumstances change, you can pause or cancel within 14-days of signing up. Cancellations after 14-days include an administration charge.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, with delivery expected in 3–5 working days thereafter. Health tests include free tracked return shipping to our partner laboratory for your convenience.
